Privacy Policy
Your books are your business. This policy explains what information Tallify collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Last updated: October 9, 2026
1. Information we collect
Account details (name, email, business name), the content you give Tallify — voice memos, chat messages, receipt photos, invoices, and client records — and, if you connect them, bank and payment data such as transactions and balances.
We also collect basic usage and device information to keep the service working and improve it.
2. How we use your information
To run your bookkeeping, create and send invoices, categorize transactions, build your client directory, answer questions about your books, provide optional human bookkeeper review, provide support, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal or financial data.
3. AI processing
Voice, text, and images you submit are processed by AI models to transcribe, extract, and categorize information. Your data is not used to train third-party models for others.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate Tallify (for example payment processing, bank connections, hosting, and email delivery), with a bookkeeper you've chosen through Human Review, when you direct us to (such as sending an invoice to a client), or when required by law.
5. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may access, correct, export, or delete your information, and opt out of marketing emails. Contact us to make a request.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. If changes are significant, we'll notify you by email or in the app.
